SPORTS & GAMES

Sports and games are compulsory for all the students and the dress prescribed by the school should be worn for all the sports events The house system has been introduced in the school in order to develop the feeling of co-ordination, healthy competitive spirit, leadership ad self-rastraint among the students.

It provides opportunities of self-expression and a chance to solve common problem and difficulties collectively. The students are divided into four houses. Chavara, Euphrasia, Fatima, Mt. Carmel. Each house has its own flag and uniform. Inter house competitions are held to provide entertainment in unique and educative manner and to have healthy competition.

Regular Activities

1. Skating Classes: Every Friday
2. Karate Classes: Every Saturday
3. Multimedia Classes: Every Saturday
4. Dance, Yoga, Art, and Drawing: Part of the weekly timetable
5. Robotics: Integrated into the curriculum

Annual Events

1. Mega Cultural Week: Showcasing students' talents through various competitions
2. Sports Week: Promoting physical fitness and teamwork through sports competitions
3. Science Exhibition: Conducted annually to encourage scientific inquiry and innovation

External Competitions

- Students participate in sports and art competitions organized by government agencies and NGOs

Lunch Break Entertainment

- Stage with microphone available for students to engage in various activities during lunch breaks
